What we collect

• Registration information you enter on our registration form: the wrestler's name, date of birth, and experience; parent/guardian name, email, phone, and address; emergency contact; and any medical notes you choose to share.
• Contact messages you send us through the contact form: your name, email, phone, and message.
• Digital waiver records, including your typed signature, a timestamp, and the IP address used to sign, which we keep as proof of a signed waiver.

How we use it

We use this information only to run the program: to enroll wrestlers, contact families, respond to questions, keep required waiver and membership records, and reach an emergency contact if needed. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Who we share it with

We share information only with the service providers that help us operate — for example, our form and email providers — and with USA Wrestling as required for membership and insurance. We may disclose information if the law requires it.

Children's privacy

Our programs serve youth wrestlers, and registration is completed by a parent or legal guardian. We collect a child's information only from a parent or guardian for the purpose of enrollment and participation.

Photos and video

Media consent is optional and separate from registration. If you grant it, we may use photos and video of the participant on our Instagram, this website, and YouTube. You can withdraw consent at any time by contacting us.

Your choices

You can ask us to review, correct, or delete the information we hold about you or your wrestler. We keep signed waiver records for as long as needed for legal and insurance purposes.
