Terms of Service

Using this website

This site provides information about our club, schedule, programs, and registration. We work to keep it accurate, but details like practice times and tournament dates can change. When in doubt, contact us to confirm.

Registration and fees

• Membership is $75 per year. Your first practice is free.
• A current USA Wrestling Athlete Membership is required. New participants have a 30-day grace period from their first practice to obtain one; a valid card is required before competing in any sanctioned tournament.
• Fees for the current calendar month are non-refundable. Fees paid for future months may be refunded on a pro-rated basis at the club's discretion.

Waiver and assumption of risk

Wrestling involves inherent risks of injury. Participation requires a signed liability waiver and release, completed by the participant or, for minors, a parent or legal guardian. The full waiver terms are presented during registration and form part of these terms.

Code of conduct

Participants agree to follow the rules and code of conduct set by No Mercy School of Wrestling. Failure to comply may result in removal from the program under the refund terms above.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, and any disputes will be resolved in the courts of San Diego County, California.
