Being a No Mercy wrestler means more than showing up to practice. It's a mindset, a standard, and a commitment to outwork everyone — including yourself.
Show up every day and do the work. Champions aren't made in a single session — they're built through relentless daily effort.
Master your own body before you can control an opponent. Bodyweight strength and coordination come before everything else.
Real opponents are awkward, unpredictable, and heavy. We train with resistance that feels like a sandbag — because that's what a real match feels like.
When your body says stop, your mind says go. Mental toughness is the difference between a good wrestler and a great one.
What you do outside of practice matters just as much as what you do on the mat. Master these bodyweight standards before adding weight.
